- If you bought an ISR or Oldenburg NA registered
horse, make sure to send in
MUST
- a transfer of ownership form ( PDF
)
- a copy of the pink registration paper
- a copy of the bill of sale
- payment of US$ 40.00 for members, US$
80.00 for non-members
Incomplete paperwork will not be processed!
All forms may be scanned and emailed to the Registry and
you can call with your credit card informaton.

OPTIONAL
- if you want to become a member with access
to the online Member Section and if your horse should
qualify for the USDF All Breed Awards and/or High Point
Oldenburg awards, please pay the membership of US$ 100.00
- if you bought a broodmare that will be
bred, you need to pay US$40.00 for the breeding and
US$40.00 for the foaling year in addition to the membership
fee
If the original registration paper
got lost, you must send in a notary sealed affidavit
(order the form at the office) in addition to the above
listed transfer paperwork.
